1.) Sessions
Eine Session dauert drei Stunden. Zwischen den Sessions ist eine Stunde Pause / Zeitpuffer. Es kann um max. 15 Minuten überzogen werden. Sie können auch zwei Sessions an einem Tag buchen - wenn Sie umfangreichere oder mehr als drei Einzelprüfungen absolvieren. Für jede Session werden € 120,- Manipulationsbeitrag verrechnet.

Maximale Fächerbearbeitungszeiten ATPL, CPL, IR, CB-IR.
Maximale Fächerbearbeitungszeiten PPL.

2.) Prüfungsablauf
ES GELTEN ALLE BESTIMMUNGEN ZU DEN PRÜFUNGEN/PILOTENLIZENZEN AUF DER AUSTROCONTROL HOMEPAGE: www.austrocontrol.at
Die austroCONTROL ist bei den Prüfungen via Videosystem zugeschaltet.

3.) Abrechnung Manipulationsbeitrag/Prüfungstaxe
Die Abrechnung besteht aus zwei Teilen:

1. Der Manipulationsbeitrag für Infrastruktur, Abwicklung, Organisation und Prüfungsaufsicht im Examinationcenter Salzburg mit € 120,- pro Session (unabhängig von Art und Anzahl der Prüfungen). Bei Nichterscheinen wird der Betrag NICHT refundiert.
2. Die Prüfungstaxe von der AUSTROCONTROL fällt zusätzlich an und wird mit dem Manipulationsbeitrag verrechnet. Sie erhalten daher KEINE zusätzliche Rechnung seitens AUSTROCONTROL. Sie erhalten EINE Rechnungen vom Flugring mit Vorkasse. Bei Nichterscheinen, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, wird der Betrag NICHT refundiert.

Nach Buchung Ihrer Wunschsession erhalten Sie ein Email mit einem Link zum Bestätigen ihrer Reservierung.
Innerhalb von 2 Werktagen senden wir Ihnen die Rechnung welche umgehend zu begleichen ist.

4.) Anmeldung zur Prüfung
Die Anmeldung besteht aus zwei Teilen:

1. Sie reservieren eine oder mehrere Sessions beim Examination Center Salzburg (Button am Ende der Seite, damit haben Sie einen Sitzplatz) und schicken ihre Unterlagen per Email an examination(at)flugring.at
2. Flugring macht die Anmeldung zur Theorieprüfung bei der AUSTROCONTROL (das ist die offizielle Anmeldung bei der Behörde)

Notwendige Unterlagen (Es werden nur die unten angeführten Anträge für die Prüfungsanmeldung akzeptiert!):

• Formular Fläche Anmeldung zur Theorieprüfung - Flächenflugzeuge (austrocontrol.at)
• Formular Hubschrauber Anmeldung zur Theorieprüfung - Hubschrauber (austrocontrol.at)
• Ausweiskopiebei jeder Anmeldung mitsenden (sonst kein Prüfungsantritt möglich).

Die korrekt ausgefüllte UND von Ihrer Flugschule unterschriebene "Anmeldung zur Theorieprüfung" sowie bei Erstantritt auch die Ausweiskopie müssen spätestens 7 Tage vor dem Prüfungstag via examination(at)flugring.at eingereicht sein. BEI DER RESERVIERUNG BITTE NUR DIE PRÜFUNGEN AUSWÄHLEN, DIE AUCH AUF DER "ANMELDUNG ZUR THEORIEPRÜFUNG" VON IHRER FLUGSCHULE BESTÄTIGT SIND.

In einer Session können Sie bis zu 3 Fächer/Gegenstände (ATPL, CPL, IR oder eine gesammte LAPL/PPL Prüfung absolvieren). Wenn Sie mehr Fächer absolvieren möchten sind mehrere Sessions nötig (€ 120,00 pro Session Manipulationsbeitrag).

5.) Prüfungsablauf

Nach Bedingungen der AUSTROCONTROL - Homepage siehe welche Hilfsmittel bei der Prüfung zugelassen sind.

1.) Sessions
 A session ist lasting three hours. In this time you can finish between one and three subjects (ATPL, CPL, IR, BIR) or a complete PPL exam.
Overtime: max 15 minutes.
If you like you can book 2 sessions on 1 day - if you have to write more than 3 exams or want more time to concentrate. For each session the manipulation-fee ist € 120,-

2.) Exam Procedure

All regulations apply according the „PRÜFUNGEN/PILOTENLIZENZEN“ on AUSTROCONTROL Homepage:  www.austrocontrol.at
Austrocontrol is online via video during the exams.

3.) Invoice manipulation fee/exam fee

Manipulation  fee for infrastructure, organisation  and supervision during the exam at Examination Center Salzburg amounts € 120,- per session. No refundation for now shows or stornos.
Exam fee for Austrocontrol is additional and will be invoiced together with the manipulation fee. You will receive an invoice (within 3 days) from the Examination Center - has to be payed in advance.

After booking your session(s) you will receive a mail with link to confirme your reservation.

4.) Registration for exam

The registration consists of two parts:

Book one or more sessions at Examination Center Salzburg. (Button at the end of the registration page). Send your registration "Registration for theoretical knowledge examination" to examination(at)flugring.at
Examination Center fulfills the registration at AUSTROCONTROL. (Official registration)

Necessary documents (only the below mentioned are accepted!!!)

• FORM fixed wings aircraft: Registration for theoretical knowledge examination - aeroplanes
• FORM HELICOPTER: Registration for theoretical knowledge examination - helicopter
• Copy of passport - send together with each registration

The filled form together with the copy of the passport has to be sent latest 7 days before exams to examination(at)flugring.at

!!!! Click only this single exams online you have approved on the "Registration for theoretical knowledge examination" from your flightschool.

Within one booked session you must complete between one ore three exams (ATPL, CPL, IR, BIR), one total PPL exam or single re-exams. If you want to write more than 3 exams you have to book more sessions! (€ 120,- manipulation fee per session)

If you are cheating you have immediately to leave and you are blocked for further exams at all examination centers from AUSTROCONTROL. (At the moment 40 worldwide)
